The controls

Play with a friend

  1. Install the game on both iPhones and connect them to the same private Wi-Fi.
  2. On the first phone, choose Host on Wi-Fi and copy the invitation.
  3. On the second phone, choose Join a friend and paste that invitation.
  4. Allow Local Network access on both phones and keep both games open.

Share invitations only with your intended partner. This local mode does not need a profile. The host controls district progression.

Friends and internet play in new testing builds

  1. Open Friends, choose a nickname and tap + to share an invitation using the iPhone share sheet.
  2. Your friend opens the link and sends a request. Accept it in Friends. Share links privately: each works once and expires after 24 hours.
  3. When both games are open, tap the play icon beside your friend’s name. Your friend accepts the game invitation.
  4. Swipe a friend’s row to reveal Delete. Friends settings also lets you remove your entire profile.

Optional connection fallback

WebRTC tries a direct encrypted connection. If your networks prevent that, open Friends → connection settings. You can create your own Metered account, check its current free allowance, create TURN credentials, and enter the server URLs, username and password. Use TURN credentials, not an account password or API key. Each player can use their own provider and credentials. They stay in that phone’s Keychain. Test fallback checks relay access; a successful game connection still depends on both networks. Provider quotas apply, and no paid plan is required by this game.

Keep both games open while connecting. If the connection drops, return to Friends and invite again. Profiles belong to this installation and do not automatically transfer to another phone.

If co-op will not connect

Check that both phones are on the same Wi-Fi and have Local Network access enabled in iOS Settings. Guest networks may block connections between devices. If the host leaves or a connection is lost, return to the menu and create a new room. Solo play works without Local Network permission.

Send useful feedback

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, game version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help. Please remove personal information and do not send room invitations.

If you are testing through TestFlight, you can also send feedback from TestFlight or its screenshot feedback screen.
